Dining
Out -
Dalry has a local village Inn - The Clachan Inn as well as the Lochinvar
Hotel. Nearby in New Galloway, just three miles away, there is also
the Ken Bridge Hotel, the Cross Keys Hotel and the Kenmure Arms
Hotel as well as two excellent tea rooms. Castle Douglas offers
a varied choice of hotels, a Chinese, an Indian and an Italian restaurant.
There are also other great places to try slightly further away (30
minutes drive) but are well worth a visit. We would advise that
reservations be made at most places to avoid disappointment especially
for weekends and holiday periods.

– It is often remarked upon by visitors how quiet our roads
are and how appealing they are to cycling. Endless country roads
